Art walks, quilt shows, and fishing bigtubeflipderbies are among the many spring events coming up. The second annual Taste of Plumas on April 12 gathers culinary talents from restaurants countywide for a sumptuous sampling of fare, paired with distinctive wines. The magical Kahurangi Maori Dance of New Zealand will perform on April 23 as the finale of Earth Day festivities. 
Get set to catch a big one at the Lake Davis Trout Restocking Celebration on May 17.
