Safe Trick or Treat- Quincy

Since the 1980s, the Quincy Chamber of Commerce has hosted the annual Safe Trick-or-Treat event in Quincy, California, offering a safe environment for kids to trick-or-treat from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Halloween. Merchants across downtown and East Quincy hand out candy, ensuring a fun and secure experience without navigating dark neighborhoods. Special thanks to the Plumas County Board of Supervisors, Plumas County Department of Public Works, California Highway Patrol, and Plumas County Sheriff’s Department for their coordination and support.
