Valentine’s Day at Timber House is about good food, good company, and taking your time.
Our Valentine’s specials are built for sharing, lingering, and making a night of it.
Start with table-ready appetizers. “Fire Kissed” prawns in a red chili and garlic butter sauce, served with a fresh French baguette. “I Knead You” marinated mozzarella with Roma tomatoes, basil, balsamic reduction, and olive oil.
For dinner, we’re serving two standout plates. “Hunk of Burnin’ Love” is a 12-oz peppercorn-crusted New York steak, fire-kissed and finished with roasted garlic cream sauce, baked potato, and green beans. “Love Birds.” Two sautéed chicken breasts over linguine with sundried tomato and artichoke cream sauce, paired with sautéed green beans.
And yes, dessert matters.
