Wild Plumas

Experience glamping in the Lost Sierra! Our spacious sites and safari-style tents offer the perfect place to rest, renew, and reconnect!

Wild Plumas is a 50-acre private glamping campground located at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, just one hour from Mt. Lassen Volcanic National Park, and 9 miles from Lake Almanor.

Our four sites offer canvas tents and comfortable beds, propane firepits, hot outdoor showers, and fun family activities like a zip line and treehouse. The sites are totally private from one another (each on 5+acres), and they overlook the meadows and creeks of the property, with easy access to several beaches and spring-fed swimming holes.

We welcome large groups and can work with teachers to provide on-site educational opportunities such as wilderness first aid. We also offer a gourmet chef for farm-to-table meals prepared right at your campsite!

Spend your days in a lawn chair by the creek, or summiting nearby Mt. Lassen – just ask us for help planning your perfect itinerary. Children and leashed pets are always welcome!
