Earthbound Expressions by Artist Patty Llamas
Plumas Arts is honored to present a solo exhibition by Patty Llamas, a Quincy-based artist whose work is deeply rooted in reverence for the natural world. Taking inspiration from the land around her, Llamas creates her own paints, inks, and paper from rocks and plants—transforming materials gathered from nature into vibrant, expressive art.
Her creative process is a form of relationship-building with the earth, allowing her to experience the beauty of being human in deep connection with place. This show is a heartfelt dedication to la madre naturaleza and the critters and nature spirits of Plumas County who have offered her a sense of home.
