    IMAGES

  • Your featured image must be at least 2500 pixels wide and your gallery images at least 750 pixels wide. If they do not meet the minimum pixel requirements, you will not be able to upload them.   • All of your images should be horizontal/landscape (i.e. 3:2 ratio).

  • The combined file size of your images cannot exceed 58MB (roughly 5MB per photo). Your pictures will not upload if you exceed this amount.

    Descriptions

    Write a short description of your lodging to be featured on the main lodging page. Treat this like a short ad to entice visitors to choose your listing over the other listings. You do not need to include your name as part of the short description because your name will already appear above the listing.

    Examples:
    • Steps to the ocean with two pools, intimate garden spaces, outdoor fire pits, and complimentary bicycle rentals to explore the city.
    • In the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country, near wine tasting, golf, beaches, and Solvang. Enjoy outdoor heated pools and fire pits.
    • Slip away to luxury in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. One of a kind backcountry adventures await.
    This will be the description on your detailed lodging page. We encourage you to include highlights of the property, amenities, nearby activities and more.

    Photos

    Upload a landscape photo (i.e. 3:2 ratio) that will be used as the main image for your lodging listing. Do not upload a logo or an image with any text on it. Instead, use a photo that will help people understand the general vibe at your lodging. If you upload an image with text on it, your event may be rejected. Minimum size: 2500 pixels wide
