Located 32 miles west of Quincy along Highway 70, Gansner Bar Campground in Plumas County offers a tranquil retreat on the North Fork of the Feather River, just off Caribou Road. With 17 campsites nestled alongside the stream, this campground accommodates both tents and RVs. Visitors can enjoy nearby fishing and berry picking in late summer, making it an ideal spot for nature enthusiasts.
The campground is well-equipped with water, flush toilets, and bear boxes for safe food storage. Supplies can be conveniently found in nearby towns such as Belden, Twain, and Quincy, while a dump station is available at the nearby North Fork Campground.
