Portions of Plumas National Forest and Lassen National Forest did burn during the Dixie Fire.  Closure Map for Feather River Ranger District 

Dixie Closure Area terminated on December 8, 2021 for the Lassen National Forest. There is the possibility that the Closures Order will be reinstated once restoration work begins in 2022.
